Undergraduate Walks 110 Miles for ALS Research

Congratulations to Colin McKee for completing his 110 mile walk from PDT Purdue to the PDT chapter at IU. It took him 64.5 hours, starting at 5 am Friday and finishing at 9:45pm on Sunday.

Another brother, Tyler Buckley, embarked on this walk with Colin, but due to fatigue and personal obligations, had to bow out after 36 hours and 65 miles of walking.

The walk was a fundraiser for the Live Like Lou Foundation, which supports ALS research, and they are still accepting donations after accomplishing this hard-won goal. They were able to surpass their goal of $5,000 raised for the organization.
