Homecoming this year was a major success as we hosted around 100 alumni and students for lunch before the game with pulled pork and pulled chicken sandwiches along with baked beans and potato salad prepared by Chef Dave.
Bob Bowen was proud to present the Neal A. Armstrong Scholarships to four students after the meal. Bob loves to hand out scholarship checks. The highlights of the afternoon were presenting Gary Jackson this year’s President’s Award for his volunteer activities over the past several years and initiating “HP” Culp into the “Pillar Society” for his lifetime time of work with the Phi Lodge and Actives. His brother, Terry, made the presentation. The “Pillar Society” is the highest award we have at Indiana Theta.
